6 to 8 plump fresh apricots, not too ripe
2 ActiFry spoons Valais apricot brandy
1/2 ActiFry spoon of lemon juice
1 3/4 tablespoons butter
1 heaped tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons water

Cooking Instructions

Cut the apricots in half, remove the stones, break them open and remove the nuts.
Peel these nuts, dip them in boiling water and cut into small sticks.
Add the butter and sugar to the ActiFry pan.
Add the water.
Heat until you get a syrupy juice and then add the same amounts of lemon juice and apricot brandy.
Once the mixture is boiling, add the apricots, cut-side down.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Serve: 4 people
