•4 ripe pears (Comice pears are great)
•2 tablespoons of good quality oil (like rapeseed)
•85g (3 ounces) of sultanas or raisins.
•2 tablespoons of brown sugar
•Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
•Drizzle of honey

Cooking Instructions

•Peel the pears and chop into quarters.
•Remove all the core and pips.
•Slice each quarter into two halves.
•Add the pear chunks to the Actifry with the oil and cook for 10 minutes.
•Add the sultanas and cook for about another 5 minutes or until the pears are almost tender.
•Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and pour over the pears.
•Cook for 1 minute.
•Drizzle about a tablespoon of honey over the pears before serving.
