6 to 8 stalks of Celery, sliced diagonally
1/2 Carrot, sliced
10 to 12 Fresh Prawns (quantity depend on your choice)
3 clove of Garlic, finely chopped
1 Actifry spoon of Canola Oil or Olive Oil
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cornstarch
3/4 to 1 cup of Water

Cooking Instructions

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 13 minutes

Serve: 4 people

1. Put garlic, celery and carrot into the actifry and pour in 1 Actifry spoon of canola oil. Set timer to 7 minutes.
2. Mix oyster sauce, light soya sauce, sugar, cornstarch and water in a bowl. Add the mixture into the Actifry after the beeping sound. Set timer for another 1 min.
3. Add in the shrimps and set timer for another 5 minutes.
4. Once done, transfer to plate and serve with rice.

The ingredients do not show the quantity of Soya sauce needed, although it is mentioned in the instructions. It tastes fine with one dessert spoonful. Left by: Leon Durbridge (27 Jul 2016)
