Ingredients

12 oz. small Baby New Potatoes, unpeeled
1 Actifry Spoonfuls Light Olive Oil
1 large Garlic Bulb, separated, peeled and chopped
2 Actifry spoonfuls Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes, drained + 1/2 cup of it's juice
tsp Frank's Hot Red Pepper Sauce
12 Raw, peeled prawns
Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Place the potatoes into the Actifryer with the oil. Let cook for 20 minutes or until almost cooked through.

Add in the garlic, parsley, tomatoes and Frank's Hot Red Pepper Sauce to taste; cook for 10 minutes.

Add the prawns Season with salt, pepper to taste; cook for a further 5 minutes (only until prawns are cooked);

Serve with a fresh green salad.

New to actifry and cooked this tonight for tea. It was absolutely delicious! Wasn't sure whether to cut the potatoes so decided to cut into pieces about 1" across - perfect!
