Ingredients

•2 1/2 TBSP - Cornstarch, divided
•1/2 Cup - Water, plus
•2 TBSP - Water
•1/2 TSP - Minced Garlic
•2 - 8oz New York Steaks, cut width ways into 6mm wide strips
•1 1/2 Acti-Fry Spoon - Vegetable oil, divided
•4 Cups - Broccoli florets
•1 - Sm Onion, cut into wedges
•1/3 Cup - Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
•2 TBSP - Brown sugar
•1 TSP - Ground Ginger

Cooking Instructions

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: 24 minutes

Serve: 5 people

1. Combine in a bowl, 1 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch, 2 TBSP water and Minced Garlic until smooth.
2. Coated beef in mixture.
3. Add beef and 1/2 ActiFry Spoon of Oil, cook for 10 mins.
4. Remove beef and set aside.
5. Add Broccoli, Onion, and 1 ActiFry Spoon of Oil, cook for 8 mins.
6. Comine in a bowl, Ginger, Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce and the remaining Cornstarch and water.
7. Add beef and Saucee mixture to pan, cook for 6 mins.
8. Serve over white rice or noddles.
