•1 diced large chicken breast.
•3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
•2 tablespoons of peas (frozen is fine).
•75g of apricots that have been soaked in 75mls of boiling water.
•3 teaspoons of medium curry powder.
•35g of whole blanched almonds
•Salt and pepper.

Cooking Instructions

•Add the almonds to the Actifry and cook for 5 minutes.
•Add the chicken to the almonds and allow to cook for a further 2 minutes.
•Mix the apricots (with the hot water), mayonnaise and curry powder together and add to the Actifry.
•Cook for at least 10 minutes and then test some meat to ensure it is cooked thoroughly.
•Add the peas and allow to cook for a further 2 minutes.
•Add salt and pepper if desired.
