3 chicken breasts, cut into 3 pieces each
2 tablespoons seasoning salt
1/2 cup flour
1teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon oil

Cooking Instructions

Sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt
Dredge chicken with flour and pepper mixtuer
Place breasts in actifry
Drizzle oil over chicken
Cook for 25 minutes

I made this a few days ago. Very good and easy. I left the paddle in and it did shift the coating around some - could probably go either way. Left by: Rob Langston (3 Feb 2014)
