Ingredients

10- 12 frozen meatballs
2 medium potatoes cubed
1/2 large sweet potato cubed
1/2 c. coarsley chopped onion
1 sliced cellery stick
1 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 cup coarsley chopped red or yellow pepper
1 tsp garlic plus seasoning
salt (seasoning salt)
pepper
1 package of favorite gravey mix

Cooking Instructions

Premake and freeze meatballs made with lean hamburger, ground bread crumbs and seasoning. I normally make a large batch and freeze bags full because the cook so well from frozen in the actifry.
Cut potato, and sweet potato into large cubes and put inot actifry for 20 minutes. season well with garlic plus, seasoning salt and pepper. After 20 minutes they should be well browned.
Add onions, mushrooms, celery, peppers ( feel free to make additions or substitutions for other vegetables remember some take longer to cook so if you add carrots you may have to add them with the meatballs in the first 20 minutes)
Cook for another 10 minutes.
Prepare the gravey mix in a pan to thicken it and pour over the meatball stew and alwo to mix in well for 2 or 3 minutes in the actifry.
Total cooking and prep time is about 1/2 hour, and makes a hearty supper.
