2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned & diced
125g sliced mushrooms
300ml chicken stock
1/2 Actifry spoon of cornflour
1 sprig fresh tarragon, finely chopped
100ml low fat cream
50g shallots, sliced thinly
1 Actifry spoon of oil
Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

Heat the Actifry & add the seasoned chicken pieces.
Cook for about 3 minutes then add the shallots & mushrooms.
Cook for another 7 minutes.
Add the chicken stock mixed with the cornflour & the cream.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes & add the chopped tarragon.
