8 oz. dry linguini, cooked
1 pound scallops, or shrimp
cup flour
4 Tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes, peeled & diced
cup fresh parsley, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice, fresh
Salt And Pepper

Cooking Instructions

This meal cooks very fast so it's best to have the linguini cooked before beginning to cook this recipe.

Cut scallops in half horizontally. Dry on paper towels, then dust lightly with flour

Place scallops and garlic in Actifry. Pour melted butter over top.
Cook just until scallops are lightly brown.

Stir in the tomatoes, parsley, and lemon juice; cook only until heated through. Do not overcook!
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over linguini for a romantic dinner for two!
