4 Boneless Salmon Fillets, Cut in half
Mushrooms (as much as you like), cut into bite-sized pieces

Cooking Instructions

Plop it all into the Actifry, drizzle one actifry spoon of oil over it and cook for 10 minutes. Season to taste. DELICIOUS!

Just got my Actifry as a gift, tried this recipe and was absolutely delicious! I love salmon and wanted something quick for my lunch. Hi everyone. I use the paddle, if the salmon is cut into 8 pieces it doesn't fall apart at all. I discovered it when I tried another recipe involving mushrooms - can't remember which one - and my husband LOVED the mushrooms and (don't tell him) I had a packet of salmon at sell-by date and needed to use it!
