1/4 cup plain flour
1/4 tsp chinese five spice
1 and 1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp white pepper
3 chicken fillets cut into strips
1 or 2 cloves of garlic to taste
1 or 2 tsp fresh chilli to taste
2 spring onions chopped

Cooking Instructions

mix flour with salt, pepper and five spice. coat chicken. Stick in actifry till for about 20 minutes or till chicken is cooked. Add 1/2 cloves of garlic, fresh chilli (both to taste) and spring onions and cook for further 5 minutes.
Ta da!!!

Tried this last night. Was a tad too spicy so will ease up on the 5 spice next time, increase the garlic and saltiness and reduce chicken cooking time to 17 mins - but for a first attempt it was very tasty! Left by: Cathy (14 Jan 2012)
