Smoked Sausage, Mushrooms, Red Peppers, Asparagus and onions with a mustard sauce: Submitted by: Admin via John Myers | Date Added: 24 Aug 2012

1 pound of smoked sausage
1 package of fresh cut mushrooms
1one red bell pepper
fresh asparagus

For the mustard sauce
Maple syrup
1 cup of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons of course ground mustard

Cooking Instructions

I just cut up a pound of smoked sausage, and put it in the Actifry, then I put in a package of fresh cut mushrooms, cut up one red bell pepper, and then add fresh asparagus, that I cut the bottoms off of and then cut in half. I let it all cook together. For the mustard sauce, I use 3/4 cup of Maple syrup, 1 cup of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of course ground mustard. When the meat and veggies are done, I toss it all together with the mustard sauce and serve.
