Sweet and Sticky Chicken Wings (A Kid Pleaser): Submitted by: Beatrice | Date Added: 16 Nov 2012

2 pounds split chicken wings
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon corn starch
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cooking Instructions

Whisk together all the ingredients except the wings.
Toss the wings in the actifry and pour in the sauce ingredients; the sauce will thicken as the wings cook.
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, until cooked through, depending on thickness of wings.

Superb, and for the English amongst us it's 55g of Brown Sugar, 60 ml of water and chicken bouillon is from a chicken stock cube - thats what I did anyway. Great recipe, thanks. Left by: Chris (29 Dec 2012)

It was good. I'm on a diet and used Sweet and Low Brown sugar instead of the real stuff. It was all good. And I cooked it for 35 minutes. Left by: Amy (7 Dec 2012)
