•400 g boneless turkey breast, cut in cubes
•12 1/3 oz pumpkin cut into cubes
•4 tablespoons maple syrup
•1 sliced onion
•1 bay leaf
•1 sprig fresh thyme chopped
•1/2 ActiFry spoo nutmeg
•6 ActiFry spoons cherry jelly or cranberry sauce
•10 fl oz low-fat chicken stock
•1 ActiFry spoon oil
•salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat the oil in the ActiFry pan. Add the onion, the seasoned turkey pieces and brown for 5 minutes.__
2. Add the maple syrup and let caramelize. Add the pumpkin and nutmeg. Cook all together for 2 minutes.__
3. Add the chicken stock and the herbs. Cook for 15 minutes.__
4. Bind the sauce with the cherry jelly and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Serve: 4 people
