Ingredients

5 Chicken Drumstick (can opt for thigh)
3 tbsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp of Salt

Cooking Instructions

1. Clean chicken drumsticks and cut slits all over.

2. Mix well the cleaned chicken drumsticks with turmeric powder and salt.

3. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour or two. The longer, the better.

4. Put in the Actifry for frying for 30 mins or until it turns brown.

You can really cook whole bone in chicken pieces? That I didn't realize. What is the purpose of the slits? Is that slits in the skin or into the meat? Sounds yummy.. Left by: John (9 May 2012)
