Ingredients

2 pounds new white potatoes
2 actifry spoons Frank's RedHot Sauce
1 actifry spoon melted butter
Good sprinkle garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Clean potatoes well and pat dry.
Cut in half lenghtwise then place the flat side down and slice into 1/4 inch slices.
Toss into actifry.
Drizzle with hot sauce and butter.
Sprinkle with garlic powder to taste.
Cook for 35 to 40 minutes until nice and crispy.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

These are delicious. I cut mine julienne style instead of wedges and they were quite good!! Left by: Paulette (29 Mar 2012)
