Ingredients

one - two 6" whole wheat tortillas per person

Cooking Instructions

Put tortillas one on top of the other; slice through all, down the middle.
Put all halves together, facing same way.
With very sharp knife, slice through all layers of tortillas in to about 1/4 inch wide strips.
Put strips in fryer, 'fluffing' the strips as you put them in so they don't stack together too much. Add 1 tsp olive oil per two tortillas.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on choice of crispness. Ideal as
a chip-like snack, or over/under a stir fry as a noodle.
