600g maris piper potatoes peeled & cut into cubes
10 g butter
2 teaspoons oil
2 teaspoons fresh or dried parsley
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 crushed garlic clove

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter & oil in pan. Add crushed garlic, parsley & rosemary. Cook 1 minute. Stir in potato cubes & season well..
Turn in oil then place in Actifry & cook for 35-40 mins until golden brown.
