1 or 2 baking potatoes
1 tabsp oil

Cooking Instructions

Wash potatoes well and slice on thinnest setting of mandolin to get paper thin slices
place chips in bowl with cold water Allow to soak and drain and then add more water to soak away the starch so the chips get crisp vs. steaming.. Soaking at least 30 minutes
Remove chips and dry well w paper towels
Add to the actifry pan w oil
Cook for 15 minutes and check if not crisp enough add another 5-8 minutes.. During the cooking occasionally separate the chips so they bunch and stick together.
After they are crisp enough remove to paper towels and lightly salt or season to your liking..
Cool for about 15-20 minutes will crisp up more as they cool down.
Then Enjoy your treat
