2 1/2 lbs squid,
1 spoon wheat flour,
1 ActiFry spoon virgin olive oil,
Garlic and parsley,

Cooking Instructions

Clean the squid. Season and coat with flour. Remove any excess flour.

Put in the ActiFry with the garlic and parley, along with a spoon of olive oil. Cook for 15 minutes.

Serve on a platter decorated with dill sprigs.

We suggest you serve this dish with rice and peas.
