2 average sized white turnips
1/2 Tbs Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper seasoning
1/2 Tbs Garlic & Herb Seasoning
2 Tbs vegetable oil (divided)
Salt and/or Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. Halve the turnips lengthwise and cut each half into long, thin wedges
2. Place the wedges in a large bowl. Toss the seasonings with half the oil to coat wedges evenly
3. Transfer wedges to the Actifry pan. Drizzle with the remaining oil. Cook for 40 minutes or until the wedges are golden and cooked through. Season with salt and/or pepper to taste.

I think that in the UK these are called parsnips. Our 'Turnips' are small and round, whitish on top and purple underneath. Left by: Lesley M (23 Dec 2012)
