  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Celery Rib
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 1 Cup Cabbage
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Green Onion for garnish
  • Chow Mein noodles


Step 1

Thinly slice celery, carrot, onion, cabbage on the diagonal and set aside.

Step 2

Slice chicken breast in small slices across grain.

Step 3

Combine chicken broth, corn starch, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, and green onion for garnish in measuring cup.

Step 4

Heat oil in Actifry for 1 minute. Add chicken breast and cook for 8 minutes.

Step 5

Add vegetables and continue cooking for 3-4 additional minutes.

Step 6

In the meantime, put sauce ingredients in small sauce pan and bring to boil and cook until thickened.

Step 7

Put chicken and vegetables in a bowl, add desired amount of sauce, and garnish with green onion and noodles.

Step 8

Use any vegetables you have on hand or wish to include in the recipe.
