Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 of a Green Pepper
  • 2 Mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1/3 lb of bacon
  • shredded cheese
  • salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, parsley, thyme, chili peppers (a pinch mixed in with your potatoes)

Method

Step 1

Cut up all the veggies a little smaller then 1" cubes

Step 2

Cut the strips of bacon up in 1 inch pieces

Step 3

Beat your 4 eggs in a separate bowl

Step 4

Take your potatoes and your spices with a drizzle of oil (just enough to cover the potatoes) and your onions and throw them into the active-fry with the auger in with the timer on 30 minutes. I added a little more oil as well.

Step 5

Let it go for 10 minutes and throw in the bacon let go for another 5 and throw in the rest of the veggies.

Step 6

Depending on how well you liked your veggies cooked, somewhere between another 5 to another 10 minutes open it up and carefully take the auger out and arrange the skillet evenly around the pan and then carefully pour the egg throughout the mixture close it back up until the egg is cooked (usually close to the 30 minutes on the timer)

Step 7

Open it up one last time to grate your cheese all over, close the lid for another 30 seconds or so and then your skillet is complete
